Formerly part of a 14,000 acre horse farm, the property is situated on 14 acres with a large lawn and wooded forest and has expansive views of the Misery Ridge Mountain Range.  There is direct access off the yard to walking and snowmobile trails leading to the Great North Woods.  A short, narrow trail through cedar and pines leads to a crystalline, turqouise pool where the fresh water supply is drawn.  Part of the lawn, with its gentle, long slope, is the local kids' favorite tobogganning hill in the winter.  There is a campfire pit at the main house.  Raspberry, lilac and rhubarb bushes adorn the lawn.  And the soil is rich with worms where vegetables have been grown on and off for years.   Oh yeah .... and did we mention the views?!
