The apartment building has two 1-bedroom apartments and an upstairs 2-bedroom apartment.  The apartments come fully furnished with beds, bedding, bureaus, couches, tables, chairs, lamps, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishes, pots & pans.  Each apartment has a full bathroom.  All apartments were renovated in 2010 with berber carpet, new paint, textured ceiling and tile flooring in the kitchens and bathrooms.  Each apartment has a private deck and is separately metered .
